Since 2017 Tracy's mission has been to help kids and adults advocate for themselves.  Whether in school, work, or at home it's important to find and share your voice with others.  The first step in finding your voice is to find your self and self-confidence.

Ove the years Tracy has mentored hundreds of people and helped them set and accomplish their goals.  As a licensed cosmetologist of 23 years, Tracy first started mentoring people as they sat in her chair. Although mentoring and beautifying are great together, in 2017 Tracy started helping others that are not getting a haircut :)

Tracy's steps to success include the 7B's, building brilliance, and her child advocacy program "The Lighthouse". If you've been feeling that there's something more to your life and haven't quite found out what it may be, its time to let Tracy build brilliance in you!
